I'm so glad you like this so far!!

Sara-I have long had a strange love affair with contour lines. I fight not outlining everything I do when I illustrate! LOL! Hopefully I'll learn when it's best to use it and the moments when it needs to take a backseat!

Vanessa- I can't wait to see what he'll look like either! HA! He may surprise us both! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Shirley-Hey Sweety! Thank you so much for your support! You are right, there definitely comes a point that you step back and just let it go and let the painting paint itself. Watching that birthing process is so magical! Even when it goes horribly wrong! LOL!
I'm glad you like Wisdom Wednesday! Hopefully, the knowledge will keep coming for me to post. Granted the wisdom is rarely mine, so it feels great to take it and share it with those that would have it. No need to thank me for encouraging you, your work is a great encouragement to me! (How do you do them so quickly!!! WOW!)

Thanks again to you all!
-WilsonWilsonWhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14718156339223756933noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1682153637090506704.post-91243409372452492762009-08-26T12:18:55.633-04:002009-08-26T12:18:55.633-04:00Wow, Wilson..you are SO talented..this is just ama...Wow, Wilson..you are SO talented..this is just amazing to me that you can "see" all of this as you work on the piece. I'm so happy to hear that you're moving forward with what you do "currently" instead of worrying about staying true to the original. I think you're doing the right thing. I'm positive (truly!) that you will be amazed at the final piece. During this whole process (going back to an old piece and working it again) you are gaining wisdom (btw, I love your Wisdom Wednesday posts!!) as well as gaining strength in your technique and confidence with your work (not that you need it, you know) I strive to keep doing that for myself..for it's in doing that I realize helps my confidence. Plus there's a part where you just step back and look at it and let it go. That's the hard part for me..but I digress. I so enjoy visiting your blog - this recent post is so rich with content. I thank you very much for your words of encouragement at my blog! Keep up the great work!!Shirleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04703768956294366254noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1682153637090506704.post-72497520565347034832009-08-21T21:21:43.808-04:002009-08-21T21:21:43.808-04:00OH MY GOOOOOOOOODDDDNEEESSSSS!
