There's a free online writer's conference focused on picture books, middle grade, and YA at http://writeoncon.com.
I missed it this year and I am hoping that they will do this again next year. Their are links to a lot of the content on the site and I have links below to some of the Illustrator portions of the conference! Enjoy!
