IF stands for Illustration Friday. It's a web site that hosts articles, forums and interviews with Illustrators of every genre. The site is best known for giving artists an opportunity to complete an assignment of sorts every week. Every week a new word is selected and Illustrators are invited to do a drawing, painting or whatever to illustrate that word.
So when you see IF: Giddy, it means they are illustrating the Illustration Friday word "giddy". Here's a link!
